The Western Balkans Digital Summit brings together governments, EU and regional institutions, the private sector, academia and other stakeholders to advance digital transformation and regional cooperation across the Western Balkans.
The 2026 edition will be hosted by Montenegro and will focus on strengthening the region’s digital agenda, including digitalisation, interoperability and the development of modern public services.
Cybersecurity has also been a key component of the Summit’s agenda, alongside areas such as digital identity, connectivity and emerging technologies. The exact dates of the event are yet to be announced.
