The Tallinn Digital Summit 2026, hosted by the Prime Minister of Estonia, will bring together government, technology, business and innovation leaders to discuss the opportunities and challenges of the emerging “agentic era.” This year’s theme is “How to Thrive in the Agentic Era? Competitiveness. Security. Efficiency.”
The programme will focus on three main areas: new democratic partnerships and governance models for the agentic era; defence and digital resilience amid geopolitical tensions; and the application of AI and emerging technologies to trusted governance and economic competitiveness. Cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, hybrid threats and the responsible deployment of AI will feature prominently in the discussions.
