Web Application and IoT security course

KPMG is organizing a technical hands-on course aimed at teaching students to combat modern web attacks, proactively identify vulnerabilities, and build a resilient security posture for web applications and network infrastructure. The course will also include a deep dive into IoT firmware-based attacks and potential threats that could compromise integrity of the network and the devices within it.

Learning objectives:

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Understand the fundamentals of web application and IoT security.
• Identify and mitigate common threats to web applications and IoT devices.
• Use industry-standard tools to conduct penetration tests on web applications and IoT devices.

The event is organized under the Cybersecurity Rapid Response for Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia 2.0 project funded by the European Union.
