The two-day interactive event guided participants through the key concepts and practices of developing scenario-based Tabletop Exercises (TTXs) for cybersecurity. The event brought together Montenegrin experts and international instructors from the North Macedonian “General Mihailo Apostolski” Military Academy (MAGMA), Czech Republic’s National Cyber and Information Security Agency (NÚKIB), and Estonia’s e-Governance Academy (eGA).
eGA Senior Experts, Ms. Kivilo and Ms. Kanarbik talked about how to maximize the impact of a TTX, thus building capacity through adult learning and strategic communication. By the conclusion of this workshop, the participants obtained both theoretical knowledge and the practical skills needed to plan, execute, and refine scenario-based TTXs, ultimately enhancing their organizations’ readiness for cyber incidents.
