About the programme
Cyber Risk Management Training designed for government officials and Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) operators. This hands-on training will provide practical guidance on cyber risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance with security frameworks relevant to CII. The programme will be led by key experts from e-Governance Academy.
Key outcomes
Participants will gain practical skills in cyber risk assessment, mitigation planning, and compliance, with a focus on Critical Information Infrastructure (CII). They will apply risk management methodologies in hands-on exercises and explore supervisory approaches and baseline security requirements. Drawing on EU best practices, the training will help participants address common implementation challenges. By the end of the training, they will be better equipped to support risk-based decision-making and enhance cybersecurity resilience within their organizations.
The event is organized under the Western Balkans Cybersecurity Capacity Building (‘Cyber Balkans’) project funded by the European Union.
