“Collaboration is crucial,” says Olgerta Prendi, Cybersecurity Expert at the National Cyber Security Authority of Albania. “Collaboration plays a vital role in addressing cyber incidents — especially during live-fire exercises, where multiple teams must work together, act quickly, share intelligence, and coordinate responses under simulated real-world pressure.”

From 4 to 7 November 2025, 60 cybersecurity specialists from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia gathered in Tallinn, Estonia, for WB Cyber Connect 2025, the first-ever whole-of-the-region technical exercise, organised by the e-Governance Academy together with CybExer. Olgerta Prendi was one of the participants in the Albanian team.
