Tabletop exercise for cyber incident response

The aim of this exercise is to add fidelity and detail to cyber incident response plans.

The TTEX is prepared for the Governmental Security Operations Center (GSOC) team of Montenegro’s Ministry of Public Administration (MPA) to Identify strengths and weaknesses in their existing Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan.

During the TTEX, the MPA GSOC:

• will identify gaps in cyber incident response procedures, playbooks, and communication channels,
• ensure their capability to respond effectively,
• map, evaluate and maximize current cybersecurity procedures using Lean Six Sigma Tools.

The event is organized under the Cybersecurity Rapid Response for Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia 2.0 project funded by the European Union.
